Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
When you subscribe to a paid plan on cutcap.ai, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period - whether monthly or yearly - unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins. Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your subscription features and usage credits.
Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds
You can cancel a Subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel your Subscription through our Buyer portal, which is accessible via the link in your Subscription confirmation email. Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request here.
The 14-Day Precision Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and find our service doesn't meet your technical requirements, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within the first 14 days of your subscription.
How to claim a refund.
Submit Request
Send a message to billing@cutcap.ai with your account email and transaction ID.
Verification
Our team verifies your usage metrics and subscription date (usually within 24 hours).
Reversal
The refund is triggered via Stripe or PayPal. Funds typically arrive in 5-10 business days.
Abuse Policy
CutCap.ai reserves the right to deny refund requests from users who exhibit patterns of "serial subscribing" (subscribing, processing high volumes, and refunding repeatedly). Account integrity is monitored by our security team.
Service Disruptions.
In the rare event of a system-wide outage exceeding 12 hours, all active Pro and Business subscribers will receive an automatic credit bonus minutes to their account.
