General Questions

How accurate is the AI transcription?

Our transcription is 95%+ accurate for clear English audio. Accuracy may vary with background noise, strong accents, or multiple people speaking at once.

Can I delete my videos?

Yes, you can delete any video from your library. Note that this will also delete any associated subtitles and renders permanently.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for your files and personal data. Your videos are only accessible by you (and anyone you explicitly share them with).

Troubleshooting

My video is out of sync

If the captions don't match the audio exactly, you can adjust the timing of individual segments in the Captions tab by modifying the start and end times.

The preview is laggy

If the editor feels slow, try closing other browser tabs or check your internet connection. Rendering the final video will be perfectly smooth even if the preview lags.

I can't see the Brand Kit features

Ensure you are on a Pro or Agency plan. If you just upgraded, try refreshing the page to see the new features.
