The Manage Studio page is designed for teams and agencies to collaborate seamlessly on CutCap AI projects.
Key Features
1. Team Collaboration
By adding members to your Studio, you grant them the ability to edit, create, and share projects within your shared workspace.
2. Inviting Members
As an Admin, you can invite new members via email.
- Enter the email address and click Invite Member.
- Pending invitations will appear in the list until accepted.
- Note: The number of members you can invite depends on your current subscription plan. If you reach your limit, you will need to upgrade to add more.
3. Roles and Permissions
- Admin (Crown Icon): The owner of the studio who can invite/remove members and manage all workspace settings.
- Member: Invited users who can collaborate on videos but cannot manage billing or studio members.
4. Managing Access
Admins can easily cancel pending invitations or remove existing members from the studio at any time. Removed members immediately lose access to all shared projects.
