The Support Center allows you to get direct help from our team and track the status of your inquiries.
Key Features
1. New Support Case
Submit a new support ticket by providing a subject, detailed message, and optional file attachments. Note: To ensure high-quality service, active tickets are limited to 2 open cases at a time.
2. Track Previous Cases
On the right panel, you can view your entire history of support tickets.
- Search & Filter: Use the reactive search bar to find tickets by ID or Subject, or use the Status Dropdown to filter by Open, Closed, or In Progress.
3. Interactive Ticket Dialog
Click on any ticket in your list to open the detailed conversation thread.
- If the ticket is Open, you can use the rich conversational reply zone to send follow-up messages or upload additional attachments.
- If the ticket is Closed, the thread will be marked as resolved and replies will be disabled.
